Abbie Orrick

I’m proud to be born and raised in East Texas, where my love for sports first began. As a multi-sport athlete in high school, I learned the value of hard work, discipline, and teamwork—lessons that carried me through four years of Division I softball at Texas Tech, where I played shortstop and third base.

I started AO Athletics to give back to the next generation. My goal is to create a space where young athletes can grow, train, and gain the confidence they need to succeed—both in sports and in life. With the right support, tools, and mindset, I believe every athlete has the potential to be great.
